Derek Man holds a BA in Accountancy, Finance and Economics from the University of Essex, England, and an MSocSc in Economics from the University of Hong Kong. He has spent over 20 years with the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ. During his talk, he will expand on similarities and differences between the Chinese and Japanese work cultures, drawing on his own experiences and observations.
