Professor Takako Toda, one of the leading experts in Japanese pronunciation education, will deliver a lecture on a theme of “How to utilize the free online course “Japanese Pronunciation for Communication”. This course was developed by Prof. Toda and her team and opened in 2016 as a part of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), and its registration has now exceeded 41,000. It has become an important educational resource and provided valuable opportunities for learners/teachers of Japanese language worldwide.

In this lecture, Prof. Toda will introduce this course in detail and give us examples and tips on how to make the best out of this online course.
